Rehoboth Vale is an exciting affordable development that will consist of 1000 housing units. The vale will comprise of several housing blocks, with each block consisting of 16 apartments with charitable space infant of each block to allow for parking. Road Networks within the estate will allow for free movement of people and vehicles and create a harmonious living condition for all.

The Vale Project will open up the Ayi Mensah Community and allow public transportation system to commute the vicinity.  The municipal assembly will facilitate the provision of utility services such as water, electricity , telephone and roads from public utility companies. This will open up the entire neighborhood for brisk commercial activities and enhance patronage of shops. Schools will benefit from patronage and so will hospitals  and other social services.
